In 2024, two fraternity brothers and life-long friends opened Carniceria El Pacifico, a Latino-owned butcher shop, providing a premium selection of unbelievably delicious meat (including USDA Prime Beef & U.S. No. 1 Pork) and other barbecue/dinner time essentials to the Gardena community. Not only will you find the finest selection of USDA Prime Beef and U.S. No. 1 Pork at Carniceria El Pacifico, but you will also find freshly-squeezed & pressed fruit & veggie juices, traditionally handcrafted salsas & guacamoles (molcajete-style), and a variety of BBQ essentials. In addition, if you love weekends just as much as we do at Carniceria El Pacifico, head on over for our ceviche and carnitas made in small-batches (note: come early, as we sell out often)! All of the beef at Carniceria El Pacifico is certified as USDA PRIME; only 2% of steaks are graded as USDA PRIME, meaning you are purchasing the best of the best, everytime you order with us! Our butchers can marinate your meat onsite so it's ready to throw on the grill or grind any cut of steak into patties for burgers.
We make small batches of carnitas in-house, every Saturday. Our carnitas sell out quickly, so we recommend calling ahead of time for special orders!

Our storefront is open Monday to Saturday from 8AM to 5:30PM and Sundays from 8AM to 2PM. Holiday hours vary.
